Guided meditation

Put on this zen music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZKW2Hq2fks
Now, get in either the full lotus position, the Burmese position, or the half lotus position
Now, breathe in and out. That's one breath. Do this ten times, counting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. on and on.
When you get to ten, start at one again. Now, do this three times. Now, imagine you in a serene place of your choice. I imagine a bamboo forest with a waterfall in it. Now, Fly over it, letting go of all your problems. When you fly, choose where to, changing your landscapes periodically. A forest maybe, with evergreen trees? The beach? Underwater, even? Now, place your feet firmly on the ground, the landscape in your head. dig a hole, and put all your troubles in it. Take the dirt, and put it back on your troubles. Now, make a fire, and burn it over your problems, they are now dead. Fly back into the air, leaving that landscape. Fly to a plain, a warm meadow, a different forest. Go to ground, and lay down, Feel the warm sun on your back. Now, drift off to sleep. Open your eyes in reality. How much better do you feel?
